    • Can build positive, professional relationships with children and young people.

    • Is confident communicating with groups, schools, parents and churches.

    • Is creative, organised and willing to bring forward new ideas.

    • Can work independently and as part of a team.

    • Understands safeguarding and professional boundaries.

    • Is willing to work occasional evenings, weekends and school holidays.

    • Is excited about helping shape the next chapter of Oriel Ministries.

    Experience in youth work, schools work, mentoring, ministry, events, creative arts or community outreach would be beneficial.
